Silver medal at the National Competition for Pastry Chefs
The Pastry “The National” il 6 and the 7 march 2022 at the Tirreno Ct of Carrara (massa carrara), he won the Silver Medal by qualifying in 2nd place in the competition for the title of Champion for the Best Dove in Italy of the International Pastry Federation, ice cream and chocolate shop, disputed title between 205 professional pastry chefs from all over Italy. The competition required each pastry chef to post his own recipe for the characteristic Easter cake, using as the only mandatory ingredient, the sourdough.
Scent, cut, baking, gusto, softness, were the evaluation criteria by the jury made up of the International Excellence Team, a team made up of master pastry chefs, Master Ice Cream Makers and Master Chocolatiers recognized in the panorama of national and international pastry.
